Spring is here and with it, many changes have come to our world. COVID19 has affected all of our lives in a long-term ripple effect. But I trust in the day we will reclaim or normal lives. I recall the scripture in Ecclesiastes 3: “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens . . . a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing.” Though probably not meant for a virus, it is quite fitting during this unsure time.
I’m spending quality time with my family while we’re quarantined. We’re avoiding shopping and crowds as much as possible, and we use masks and gloves when we can’t. If only I could find some Charmin toilet paper, my seclusion would be perfect.
I’m also revising my novel, Kingdom Come. Hopefully, it will be stronger for all the hard work I’ve put into it. Whenever I fall into doubt, God puts something in my path to remind me that He’s the one who inspired the seed of a story in my heart.
I will be working on some crafts that will go along with my fantasy stories. Be sure to check back once in a while if you love fun crafts. I’ll post a couple of times a month to show you what I’m up to.
I hope this message finds everyone well. I’m always open to praying for anyone who asks. God bless and happy Spring!
